Blackberry Muffin

Buatnya sudah lama, tapi ternyata kok susah ya, abis baking, foto, udah aja, ngeditnya itu yang mualesssssss banget, padahal ngedit ya cuma dikasi tulisan ama di crop tapi kok ya susah, mestinya di komitmen, jangan suka mengulur2.....

Ok lah back to muffin, ceritanya tuh blackberry buat hiasan di Vol au vent, tapi karena kegedean, ya sutra deh dibuat aja jadi muffin, memodifikasi resep blueberry muffin menjadi blackberry muffin, rasanya sendiri, ngga terlalu manis, ada asem2 sedikit, jadi segar.....

BLACKBERRY AND CINNAMON MUFFIN

Ingredients :
115 gr plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
65 gr light brown sugar
1 egg
175 ml milk
45 ml vegetable oil
2 tsp ground cinnamon
115 gr fresh or thawed frozen blackberries

Directions :
1. Preheat the oven to 190 C. Lightly grease 8 deep muffin cups.
2. With an electric mixer, beat the first eight ingredients together until smooth. Fold in the blackberries.
3. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups,filling them two-thirds full. Bake until a skewer inserted in the centre of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
4. Let the muffins cool in the cups on the wire rack for about 10 minutes, then unmould them on to the wire rack and allow to cool completely, to serve slightly warm.
