Rikues dari pelanggan tetapku, si Felis :D, minta bikinin Chocolate chip cookies, wah males ah bikin lagi, khan mama nya hobi bereskperimen, jadi nawarin bikin cookies ini. Dan untungnya si Felis mau, karena ada shape nya heart hihihi. Sebenarnya fillingnya pake buttercream & selai berhubung males jadi dioles pake selai aja. Hasilnya kayak Monde, ayo siapa yang ngga suka Monde. Oya karena ini jenis buttery cookies jadi perlu didiamkan di kulkas lebih lama, 30 menit menurut aku masih kurang.


Ingredients:
225 gr tepung
175 gr mentega tawar
130 gr gula pasir
1 kuning telur

Untuk filling :
Selai stroberi

Directions:
1. Put the flour and butter in a food processor and process until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the sugar and egg yolk and process until the mixture starts to form a dough.

2. Turn out on to a floured surface and knead until smooth. Shape into a ball, wrap in clear film and chill fot at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease 2 baking sheets.

3. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface and cut out rounds using a 6 cm cookie cutter. Re roll the trimming and cut out more rounds until you have 40.

4. Place half the cookie rounds on a prepared baking sheet. Using a small heart shaped cutter, about 2 cm in diameter, cut out the centers of the remaining rounds. Place theses rounds on the second baking sheets.

5. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes until pale golden then transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool completely.

6. Spread a jam then gently press the cut out cookies on top, so the jam fills the heart shaped hole.
